Main Quest Part 3 – Tower of Inodrio – Implemented #
Part 3 of the Main Quest is now fully implemented and playable from both sides:
- Alliance of the Living Races
- The Undead Faction
Enter the Tower of Inodrio, face its traps and dangers, and confront your destiny:
- Alliance players will face Blackavar
- Undead faction players will face SpoilerAlliance Captain Rodrik
Special Notes: #
- This chapter is instanced, and you may only join an instance that matches your faction
- Living races may only join living-only instances
- Undead players may only join undead-only instances
- We strongly recommend entering with a party of 2–3+ players Level 20+
- Please note that regardless of the tests we did nothing stresses such new mechanics like a real test field with may players trying them, so some balances might be required along the way.
Rewards for completing Part 3: #
- Fully unlock of Wings Teleport options (see below)
- Henchmen maximum level increased to 30



Main Quest Part 4 – Gurnal Island – Completed #
Alliance Side:
- Blackavar now features custom combat mechanics when fought by the Alliance
Undead Side:
- A unique questline leads to the Hidden Temple on Gurnal Island
- Final confrontation against with custom unique mechanicsSpoilerAngela the Lightbringer
This chapter is also instanced and faction-locked.


Wings Teleport Changes #
With the introduction of the Main Quest Part 3:
- When received: visible options are Mulrok City and your Faction Capital
- Completing the Main Quest Part 3 fully unlocks: all teleport destinations
Pure Fighter and Rogue Adjustments #
- Pure level 40 Fighters and Rogues see their Henchmen max level set to +10
- This means that after completing the Main Quest Part 3, their Henchmen maximum level becomes 40
Dominated Creatures Adjustment #
Adjusted Post Domination behaviors #
- Liberated creatures now remain in place for up to 10 minutes, without faster de-spawns regardless of the area they are left in.
- They will not attack significantly lower-level players, but some tuning might be needed.
HPs Adjustment when dominated: #
- While dominated, creature HP is capped at 2000
- Original HP is restored upon liberation
Quest System Improved #
- Certain quests can now be turned in and accepted remotely
- You may accept the next quest in the chain remotely where applicable
- Some quests already existing in the game have been converted to this new feature, with more being adapted in the next weeks
- Scouting quests can now support multiple scouting targets within the same quest
Hard Core System Adjustment #
- Hard Core characters may manually de-level in Castle Glendario
- Removed XP is not deposited for Hard Core characters though
- In mixed dungeon instances (HC + normal characters):
- Each Hard Core character adds +20% to loot drop chances
- Up to +80% maximum bonus for up 4 HC characters
Housing System Adjustment #
- You can now return to any owned home, even if it has never been opened before, but with some restrictions:
- Return cooldown:
- 60 minutes by default
- 20 minutes if the home contains a House Return Energizer furniture
- Added new purchasable furniture: House Return Energizer
- Added descriptions to several furnitures

Purple Legendary Items:
- Life Drinker Axe – Great Axe with mostly physical damage that casts Vampiric Touch. Added to Halamander
- Bulwark of the Abyss – Warlock small shield with +2d6 to Hunger of Hadar. Added to Alura
- Valkyrie’s Hauberk – Skald Medium Armor. Added to generic Purples drop table
- Skin of Betrayal – Warlock Light Armor. Added to generic Purples drop table
Brilliant Items:
- Charming Ring – Bard/Skald ring
- Belt of Death of Light – Undead reward for completing Main Quest Part 4 in Gurnal Island
Warlock Adjustments #
- Slightly reduced Eldritch Blast delays to better match cast times and animations
- Hideous Blow proc chance changed from: 1 + (Charisma modifier / 4) to: (Charisma modifier / 2) %
- Added purple glove VFX to Pact of the Blade weapons
- Warlock added to possible classes in “Nordock Craft Light Armor“
Miscellaneous Changes #
- Slightly increased standard mechanic damage for circle and pillar mechanics
- Imprison mechanic adjusted to be less lethal; saving throw is now randomized
- Hostile AOE spells can now target plot and friendly creatures
- Adjusted DM chat color for improved readability
- Added Pure Balms count to the “My Info” function in the Player Menu
- Purchase “Premium Race Token” conversation now always appears in Player Menu even if the player doesn’t have enough tokens
- Updated weather system to dynamically adjust grass density, height, and type based on current season
- Reworked all Nordock libraries and removed outdated books
- Slightly adjusted Nalio dungeon final boss statistics
- Reduced some traps in Grim Gorge dungeon
- Removed Cleave feat from several items as the game considers it as a valid feat for prestige classes that require it
- Updated some summons appearances to better match Nordock lore
- Removed several unused areas
- Added new building in Brosna: Butcher’s Shop, with related questline
- Slightly reduced model size of Jonas and Birgitte
- Holy Avenger socketable gems can now be socketed into ranged weapons
Fixes #
- Fixed public DM rolls not listing players entirely randomly
- Fixed permanent silence from Hunger of Hadar; now lasts 12 seconds
- Fixed Arcane Archer AOE abilities targeting the caster
- Fixed Mounts not usable in certain areas
- Fixed being possible to Vengeful non-full stack ammunitions and throwable weapons
- Fixed summon-of-summon now checking for a possible player owner on top
- Fixed passive damage type inconsistencies if a character takes both Smite Evil and Smite Good
- Fixed template items (mounts, pets, skins) losing names and gold values when sold to merchants
- Fixed quest flags on several creatures
- Fixed base game darkness VFX by applying CEP 3.1.4 override
- Fixed multiple quests, NPCs, and description texts
- Fixed Misty Step metamagic values
- Fixed some summons leveling mismatches across tiers
