MAIN QUEST REWORK – PART 1 #
This patch introduces Part 1 of 3 of the full Nordock main quest rework. The new version includes faction-specific questlines, with a unique path for the Undead faction.
Due to the scale of this rework and the need to integrate it with our custom systems, the update has been split into three stages. This update contains only the first part.
- While the story structure has been reworked, the core lore remains unchanged.
- We won’t spoil anything here—but we’ve shared a few anonymous images to tease what’s coming!



Additional Information: #
- If you’ve already completed the old main quest, you’ll find the first step of the new version auto-completed, allowing you to continue the story from there.
- We highly recommend starting a fresh character to fully enjoy the revised narrative from the beginning.
- Since this is just Part 1, Tower of Inodrio remains inaccessible for now.
- The questline can be completed solo in this first phase.
RUNE OF GOLDEN WINGS: UPDATED FUNCTIONALITY #
The Rune of Golden Wings has received a soft rework:
- Once the full main quest rework is released (all 3 parts), you’ll unlock teleport destinations progressively by completing story steps.
- For now, the Rune grants access to all destinations immediately upon acquisition.
- Rune teleportation is no longer instantaneous—it now includes a casting delay (progress bar), just like other teleport methods.
ENHANCED QUEST SYSTEM #
The quest system has been further expanded with the following features:
- Repeatable quests: Daily, Weekly, and Monthly formats supported
- Selectable rewards: Some quests now offer a choice of rewards at completion
A total of five new Weekly quests have been added, with unique rewards like:
• Celestial Silver Key
• Celestial Gold Key
• Material Crystal
GALDOR SWAMP QUEST – REWORKED #
The Galdor Swamp Item Quest has been completely reworked, along with a partial update of the Benzor Swamps areas.
All four Galdor Items have been upgraded to Brilliant-tier items.

ELDER WYRM CRAFTED ITEMS – REWORKED #
Elder Wyrm crafted items are now part of a Weekly Quest, available from the Minotaur Blacksmith.
All Elder Wyrm items have been rebalanced and upgraded into Brilliant items.
OTHER CHANGES #
- Adjusted Tobaro encounters to no longer spawn after completing the related quest line; overall encounter frequency reduced slightly
- Blackrook Manor has been turned into a quest-specific dungeon instance, accessible during a particular quest
- Fixed incorrect main entrance location
- Added an alternative hidden entrance not requiring the guard’s key
- Reworked NPC and respawnable object caching to use modern array structures—performance and reliability improved
- Added logs to the custom “take gold from player” function to provide better transaction feedback to players
- Adjusted Sangrolu mechanics: the healing minion now tries to reach the boss for a maximum of 60 seconds
- Added No-Ambush locations where appropriate (Gurnal Village zone, West Coast village zone, etc)
FIXES #
- Fixed several text typos
- Fixed bashable placeables not receiving appropriate HP values
- Reduced excessive damage resistance on some bashable placeables
- Fixed Boss Berserk mechanic missing timing indicators
- Resolved an issue preventing GTS items from being properly created in stores
- Fixed quest dungeons missing a loot configuration, causing corpses and placeables to drop nothing
- Adjusted locked door warning to no longer trigger when the door is already locked
- Fixed polymorph temporary items not being deleted from limbo as intended
- Fixed mount items not being properly created in stores
- Corrected spell immunity shields blocking non-spellbook spells
- Fixed a bug where henchmen dropped their gear on the ground in some cases
