Tokens
The currencies that are not gold. There are four, and all four belong to the account, not to the character: every character you play on the same key draws on the same balance, and a token earned by one can be spent by another.

Epic tokens
Scrapping earns them, at the Scrap Forge in Castle Glendario. The forge pays by item tier, and pays 10% of the gem shop's price for a socket gem. That page lists what each tier pays and what the forge refuses. A scrapped item cannot be recovered.
Some creatures and chests also drop Epic tokens as loot.
Two refunds also pay in them, and both happen when a character is deleted for a re-roll:
- Experience above 780,000, the amount level 40 needs, is not stored. It is converted at 1 Epic token per 10,000 XP, rounded down.
- A premium subrace you had bought is refunded in full.
They are spent on premium subraces, on Vengeance for an item, on skipping ahead in the main quest, on houses, and on the Guardian's paid ways out of the Fugue - see Resurrection. They can also be handed to another player.
Skin, Donation and Roleplay tokens
Skin tokens buy appearances. The shop shows in green or red whether you can afford the one you are looking at.
Donation tokens come with supporting the server: a code arrives with the monthly drop and is redeemed in game.
Roleplay tokens are given out by the staff.
