Housing
A house is bought with Epic tokens and is yours to fill. Seventeen are on offer, in three sizes, and a few are reserved for a faction.
| Size | Furniture | Pets |
|---|---|---|
| Small | 8 pieces | 1 |
| Medium | 16 | 3 |
| Large | 24 | 5 |
Prices run from 10 tokens for the smallest to 2,000 for the largest. Every house is instanced per owner, so any number of people can own the same one without ever meeting in it.
Walk up to a house and a preview panel tells you its size, its theme, whether it is locked to a faction and what its entry rules are - before you spend anything.

Furnishing it
Furniture is learned, not carried: a piece you acquire is added to what you may place, and can then be put down as often as the limits allow. Not every piece counts against the furniture limit.
Placing is free-hand: a piece goes anywhere inside the house and is nudged into position from a panel of its own.

Some pieces are posts for a creature: a tamed or dominated creature of yours can be assigned to one, and it is still standing there when you come back.
Pets can be left at home instead of following you, up to the number the house allows.

Everything is remembered - the house is rebuilt as you left it the next time you walk in, whichever door you come in by.
Some furniture does more than sit there. There are healing fountains, portals, banking access, summonable merchants, arcane bonds - the posts a creature is assigned to - and the House Return Energizer, which is the one worth buying early.

A few pieces are faction-locked: the Drow altar will not go down for a character of the wrong faction.
Who may come in
From Player Menu -> Housing Tools, per house:
- always allow, for people you trust;
- ask, which prompts you when someone tries;
- deny, and nobody comes in at all.
Getting home
You can return to any house you own, even one you have never opened. The cooldown is 60 minutes - or 15 if that house has a House Return Energizer in it.
