Arrow of Death
At 10th level, an Arcane Archer can enchant an arrow twice per day + 1 each 10 Arcane Archer levels, that forces a target, if damaged by the arrow, to make a Fortitude save or be slain.
| Type of feat | Class |
| Use | Combat Mode. Save: 10 + INT Modifier + Half Arcane Archer Levels |
| Prerequisites | none - it is granted at Arcane Archer level 10 |
| Uses per day | 2 + (your Arcane Archer levels / 10) a day |
| Counts as an attack | Yes - using it on someone is a hostile act |
| Ability used | Arrow of Death |
How it works
- You must wield a longbow or a shortbow with arrows loaded, or nothing happens.
- The arrow needs a ranged touch attack to hit. On a hit it does your bow's damage die (1d8 longbow, 1d6 shortbow) + your Strength modifier + your Weapon Specialization bonuses as piercing damage, plus your Arcane Archer bonus as magical damage.
- Enchantments and damage properties on the bow and arrows do not add to it.
- A target it hits must also pass a Fortitude save or die, DC 10 + your Intelligence modifier + half your Arcane Archer levels.
Who gets it
Granted automatically: Arcane Archer (level 10).
