Player Menu

The Player Menu has many features to help you adventure through A Dawn of Heroes. It is possible to drag the Player menu to the quick bar from the radial menu.

The Player Menu has the following main options: #

  • TELEPORT: An option to fast teleport to some specific places, received upon progressing on Nordock’s Main Quest
  • VAULT: Summons your Player Vault
  • RACE: Purchase and unlock the full potential of a Premium Race
  • REROLL: If your character was altered by a game patch and is compatible with a free character re-roll, you will see this option here.
  • MAIN QUEST: An option to purchase main quest steps if you do not have the time to complete it with your characters. The cost is in Epic Tokens. Available from level 40.
  • Dice Roll
    • Use it to roll a set of dices for Role Play or any other purpose
  • Donor Tools
  • Emotes
    • Use it to have your character play an emote from those available
  • Housing Tools
  • House Return
  • Party Tools
    • Look for Party: party play is an important aspect of A Dawn of Heroes and this option helps you find other players to form a party. A script is fired that automatically checks each online player and sends a notification to those within Range (this check includes the Effective Character Level (ECL)). Different party options such as leveling or raiding are available. The request is also sent to discord.
    • Check Party: for XP eligibility (checks LVL differences between party members and replies if LVL range restriction is met or not).
    • Dungeon options: Available only while inside of a dungeon.
      • You can vote to kick a specific member out of an instanced dungeon
      • You can enable/disable the Master Loot feature
  • Player Tools
    • Book of Summons: from here you can customize the elemental to summon with casting Summon Creature VII+, and also you can customize most of the available summon appearances, if you have purchased the service from the in-game Donors Store.
    • Check Nordock Dungeons Status: lists all the dungeons/raids and their Cooldown Status (CD) status. A player can see if they are still bound to a particular dungeon and the time left before they can enter again.
    • Check for Server Reset CD: Tells you how many real time hours are left before the next reboot (if a timed reboot is set).
    • Check Rest CD: Tells the player how long to wait before next rest
    • Delete This Character: allows the player to delete the character
    • Identify my Items: Gives the player the choice to mass ID items using player’s lore skill or by spending 1k gold for each unidentified item in their inventory.
    • Look for a Resurrection: Available only while Dead. It checks for online players and sends a notification to each of them telling you where your corpse is. You can select what kind of resurrection you are looking for. The request is also sent to discord.
    • My Info: returns a lot of useful info to the player
    • Open Faction Merchant: this can be used to summon your faction temple main merchant store wherever you are. This option can be purchased in the in-game Donors Store
    • Open Tutorial: opens the basic ADOH Tutorial guide in-game
    • Player Settings:
      • Enable/Disable Allow only BALM Ress on you  (1% XP penalty only)
      • Enable/Disable the Bags Autofill System
      • Enable/Disable the autocast for Warlock’s Eldritch Blast
      • Enable/Disable Hard Core mode for this character
      • Enable/Disable Loot Notify for each looted item
      • Enable/Disable MOUNT Appearance Override (allows to mount when you use a non-default appearance, like Orc, Ogre, etc)
      • Enable/Disable Notify when Hostile effects are removed from a target (notifies you when an hostile effect you have applied fades from a target)
      • Enable/Disable NPC Quest Markers (if you want more in-game immersion)
      • Enable/Disable Phase OUT from Shouts Chat (makes you able to stop reading in-game shouts)
      • Enable/Disable Vanilla Character Sheet (to replace our custom character sheet)
      • Enable/Disable XP for this character (this turns off XP completely!)
      • Enable/Disable XP LOW MODE for this character (this cuts the XP you receive by 50%)
    • Quickslots Bar Store/Restore management UI: store up to 10 different setups for your quickslots bar.
    • Port to my Default Location: can be used once every 60 real minutes to port the player to their saved or default location. The player can’t initiate the port when in combat. The player is ported after 6 seconds (during that time the player won’t be able to move).
    • Redeem Code: used to redeem codes from giveaways, donor event drops, and in-game events.
    • Remove my Custom Skin: it restores your custom appearance if you purchased a custom skin and wish to switch back. This action will generate the SKIN item on your inventory, it will not refund the Skin Tokens spent.
    • Reorder Items in Inventory: This function automatically places items inside of their respective bags (if the bag has been setup to contain specific items, check the Bags Autofill System)
    • Reset my Player Login Name: It is possible to reset the player login name in some cases. If you are a new player, you have 7 days since your first login to use this option. If you need to reset your Player Login name after that period, you’ll have to contact an Admin.
    • Spell Books Store/Restore Slots: this allows players with magic classes able to memorize spells to store up to 10 different spell books.
    • Fast Cast Slots Setup: this allows players to manage their Fast Cast Slots.
    • Summon Newbies Merchant: summons a merchant containing items needed to start your journey. Available only up to level 3.
    • Summon Player Merchant: summons a merchant that can buy/sell items quickly. The inventory is shared between all players (its prices are not good though. If you want good prices, you should go to a city merchant instead). This merchant is for “emergencies” such as a lack of heal potions.
    • View my Gems: loads your Socketable Gems inventory UI.
  • PVP Tools
    • Set Target or Group PVP Attitude
      • SINGLE Target – Set HOSTILE: to attack an individual player.
      • SINGLE Target – Set NEUTRAL: to be neutral to an individual player.
      • RANGE Option: Sets members of opposite RACES and SUBRACES -within- LVL Range as HOSTILE: to attack multiple players.
      • RANGE Option: Sets members of ANY RACE and SUBRACE -within- LVL Range as HOSTILE: to attack all players.
      • RESTORE Neutral to everyone: to be neutral to all players.
    • Battlegrounds: Opens the battlegrounds UI from where you can queue to begin a specific battleground
  • Tokens Tools
    • Transfer EPIC Tokens (ETs): transfer Epic Tokens to other players.
    • Transfer SKIN Tokens (STs): transfer Skin Tokens to other players.
  • Work with an Item
    • Bags/Containers options: Rename a bag/container within my inventory, Color text of a bag/container with my inventory. Renamed bags are also compatible with the Bags Autofill System.
    • Select a Socketable Item to modify from your inventory to edit its properties.
