Eat Brain
This creature can attempt to consume other creature's brain. Illithid performs a melee touch attack on the targeted creature. If the attack is successful, the target's Intelligence gets reduced by 1d3 points and you are healed by (1d3 * (target level / 2)). If the target has the Soldier Shake disease or any poison, you reveive those debuffs too. If the target has less than 3 Intelligence points left, you can't eat anything from it.
