Trade post
Where players sell to each other. Everything is priced in Epic tokens, and your balance is shown at the foot of the window.
A listing is a fixed price, not an auction: the first buyer who pays takes it.
Listing something
You put an item up by selecting it, naming a price and choosing how long the listing should last. Weapons and armour go up, and so do mounts, pets, skins and socket gems, each labelled with its own tag and colour in the list.
The fee is charged when the item sells, never when it is listed - an item that does not sell costs you nothing. What the seller receives is the price less the fee:
| Listing lasts | Fee |
|---|---|
| 24 hours | none |
| 48 hours | 1% |
| 72 hours | 2% |
| 7 days | 3% |
| 14 days | 5% |
A fee that works out below 1 token is not charged at all.
There is a ceiling of 100 listings.
When it sells, and when it does not
A sale pays the seller straight away and sends them a message in the mail naming the item, what they received, the fee and the buyer.
An expired listing returns the item to the seller's vault, with a mail message saying it did not sell. Expiries are processed once a minute, so a listing does not disappear at the exact second it runs out.
Finding something
The list can be filtered by item type, by rarity, by item level range, and by whether vengeful items are shown. You can search by typing part of a name, or by pointing at an item you already own to search for its name. Results come ten to a page.
