Sticky strands cling to all creatures within the area of effect, entangling them. Creatures who make their save can move, but at a reduced rate dependent on their Strength.

How it works
- The area lasts one round per two caster levels. Extend doubles that, and Empower adds half again.
- A Reflex save avoids being caught, and it is rechecked each round you stay in it.
- Woodland Stride and incorporeal creatures walk through it untouched.
