PICK POCKET TOOL:

• Can now be used in combat with a 10% CD penalty
• Can now be used to Pick Pocket Boss Creatures. It is possible to steal maximum 1 Full Heal Potion

DEVASTATING CRITICAL:

• Adjusted Proc Chances against Boss Creatures

MINEABLE ROCKS:

• Added Specific Mineral/Gem name into Rock Object on spawn/respawn

OTHER:

• Added Parry Gems to test area
• Fixed a few issues with the PC Port to City Tool
