Mordenkainen's Sword
The caster summons a powerful, sword-wielding helmed horror that acts as a faithful and loyal servant. It's immune to any damage or spell, accept for pure damage. This horror scales with the caster's main ability score. Performing a hostile action or casting a spell (including drinking a potion) while the horror is summoned triggers a concentration check. If this check is failed, the horror gets unsummoned. Disabling effects will break the concentration instantly without a check. The concentration check uses the following formula: 20 + ((caster main ability score modifier with a max value of 20) x 4) + modifier based on the action done (from 3 to 9) vs d20 + caster concentration skill check.
