Finger of Death
The target creature must make a Fortitude save or die. If the target passes the saving throw and is not death immune, it will receive 1d6 per 3 caster levels (never fewer than 3d6) + caster level points of negative energy damage.

How it works
- On a passed save the damage is a third of your caster level in six-sided dice, never fewer than three, plus your caster level: 13d6+40 at level 40.
