Feeblemind
The caster blasts the mind of the target creature, doing 1d4 points of Intelligence damage for every 4 caster levels. The loss lasts 1 round per 2 caster levels, and a successful Will save negates it entirely.

How it works
- It needs no attack roll: the ray simply hits.
- Intelligence drops by 1d4 for every four caster levels, at least one die, and comes back after one round per two caster levels.
- A Will save against mind-affecting magic avoids it, and spell resistance can stop it.
- It will not stack with itself.
