Horrid Wilting
The target area becomes corrupted with necrotic energies. At first, all the targets in the area of effect are slowed for 3 seconds. Then, all creatures that are still caught in the area of effect receive 1d6 damage per caster level + caster level (maximum 40d6 + 40). Undead and constructs receive half of the normal damage.

How it works
- The damage is magical, not negative energy, so nothing that feeds on negative energy is healed by it.
- A passed Fortitude save halves what is left after the undead-and-construct halving, so those two take a quarter.
Where it comes from
Cleric domain: Evil (level 8).
