Brimstone Blast
Your Eldritch Blast has a chance (5 + (charisma modifier / 2) %), to set your target/s on fire for 3 rounds. Targets on fire suffer 1d10 + charisma modifier / 2 (charisma modifier if the character has the Agonizing Blast feat, or Charisma modifier * 2 if the character has the Epic Agonizing Blast feat), fire damage each round.

How it works
- It is never cast either, and never goes through the spell system at all. The feat is passive and rides on the warlock's eldritch blast: each blast has a chance of setting the target alight, and the row is here to give that fire a name and an icon.
- The chance is 5 per cent plus half your Charisma modifier.
