How it works
- You must land a melee touch attack. A miss does not spend the use.
- The hold lasts 1d4+2 rounds, or exactly 1 round against a boss, and the Fortitude DC is 13 + your Pale Master levels.
- Elves are immune to it entirely.
- It goes through immunity to paralysis, except on final and event bosses.
Where it comes from
No class learns this from a spellbook: it is the ability a feat uses, and what it does is on the feat's page.
Cast by a feat: Undead Graft.
