How it works
- Everyone within 5 metres takes 1d10 sonic damage per caster level.
- Anyone who fails a Fortitude save is stunned.
- It also damages doors and placeables. You are never caught by it.
Caster level
Damage and percentages "per caster level" use the item's caster level up to 6. Above 6, every 3 caster levels count as 1. Durations always use the full caster level.
