Defensive Stance
| School | Evocation (opposed by Conjuration) |
| Spell level | Innate level 1. No class learns it from a spellbook |

| Components | Somatic |
| Can be aimed at | yourself |
| Duration | 1 turn (1 minute) per point of natural Constitution modifier |
How it works
- You cannot enter it while mounted, polymorphed or disabled. If you try, the use is given back.
- Only your natural Constitution counts: gear and spells do not lengthen it. You need a natural Constitution modifier of at least +1 to enter it.
Where it comes from
No class learns this from a spellbook. It is used through a feat, and the feat's page describes it too.
Cast by a feat: Defensive Stance.
