Circle of Doom
All enemies within the area of effect are struck with negative energy that causes 1d8 points of damage, +1 point per caster level. In addition, all creatures in the area of effect suffer a a -2 modifier to all attack rolls, magical damage, saving throws and skill checks. Negative energy spells have a reverse effect on undead, healing them instead of harming them.

How it works
- The -2 penalties last one turn per caster level.
- The save is Fortitude against negative energy, for half damage, and it reaches everyone within 3.33 metres whether the caster can see them or not.
