How it works
- Passive, not a spell. It gives your Eldritch Blast a chance to set the target on fire: 5% + 1% per 2 points of Charisma modifier.
- The fire deals 1d10 fire damage when it starts and again every 6 seconds.
- The burning target gets -2 Concentration while it burns.
Who gets it
Only as a class bonus feat: Warlock.
