Pulse, Ability Drain Wisdom
Pulse: (several effects, depending on ability name) Pulse attacks are the most dangerous form of creature attack. A Pulse is a devastating wave of energy that affects all creatures, friend or foe, within 5 meters. For ability drain: All hostile creatures in the area of effect have to pass a Fort Saving Throw against negative or have their ability reduced by (creature level / 5) permanently. For level drain: All hostile creatures in the area of effect have to pass a Fort Saving Throw against negative or have their level being reduced by 1 permanently. For disease, poison: All hostile creatures in the area of effect have to pass a Fort Saving Throw against disease|poison or be diseased|poisoned permanently. (disease and poison type scale with creature level) For death: All hostile creatures in the area of effect have to pass a Fort Saving Throw against Death or die. For drown: All hostile creatures in the area of effect have to pass a Fort Saving Throw against Death or die. It won't affect undead, construct, elemental races.

How it works
- The save DC is 10 + the creature's levels.
- The drain is a fifth of the creature's levels, at least 1 point, and it is permanent until restored.
