How it works
- Everyone in a 15 metre cone in front of the creature must pass a Will save or be stunned for 1d4+1 rounds.
- The save DC is 10 + half the creature's levels + its Wisdom modifier.
- The first blast only stuns, on a failed Will save against mind spells. A blast that lands on someone already stunned by one does damage instead: six-sided dice, half the caster's hit dice of them.
- Mind flayers and illithids are immune to it, and the caster is never caught by it.
