How it works
- Your caster level is added to the damage on top of the dice, unless the spell comes from an item.
- A Fortitude save halves the damage, and one cast in twenty is maximised and one in twenty empowered - not from an item.
- It damages doors and placeables as well as creatures.
Where it comes from
No class learns this from a spellbook: it is the ability a feat uses, and what it does is on the feat's page.
Cast by a feat: Epic Spell: Greater Ruin.
