Dragon Breath, Paralysis
Dragon Breath: (several effects, depending on ability name) The creature breathes energy in the form of a cone in front of it (14 meters long), hitting all hostile creatures in the area of effect. For fear, paralyze, sleep, slow If hit, the target will have to pass a Saving Throw or get frightened|paralyzed|set asleep|slowed for (creature levels / 10) + d4 rounds. For ability decrease: if hit, the target will have to pass a Reflex Saving Throw or have its Strength reduced permanently by (creature level / 3)

How it works
- The save DC is 17 + half the dragon's levels.
- The cone reaches 14 metres, and grows with the size of the dragon breathing it.
