How it works
- It is the mirror of the Bard Song, on the same bands of Perform and level, applied as penalties to attack, damage, saving throws, Armour Class and every skill.
- It also does sonic damage equal to the temporary hit points the same band would have given an ally - 60 at the top.
- You are never caught by your own, the penalties cannot be dispelled, and a creature that cannot hear is unaffected.
