Bolt, Dominate
Bolt: (several effects, depending on ability name) The creature fires a bolt of energy at its target, and attempts to hit with a ranged touch attack. For charm, confusion, daze, dominate, stun: If hit, the target will have to pass a Will save against Mind Spells, or be charmed|confused|dazed|dominated|stunned for (creature levels / 10) + 1 rounds. For slow, paralyze, entangle: If hit, the target will have to pass a Reflex save, or be slowed|paralyzed|entangled for (creature levels / 10) + 1 rounds. For knockdown: If hit, the target will have to pass a Reflex save,or be knocked down for 1d2 + 1 rounds. For disease, level drain, poison: If hit, the target will have to pass a Fortitude save against disease|negative|poison, or be diseased|level drained (1 level)|poisoned permanently. (disease and poison type scale with creature level) For death: If hit, the target has to pass a Fort Saving Throw against Death or die.

How it works
- The save DC is 10 + half the creature's levels + its Wisdom modifier.
- It cannot take a player: against a player, a player's summons, a quest giver or anything unable to move, it dazes instead of charming or dominating.
