Aura, Dragon Fear
The creature projects a 10 meters radius field of energy. The field of energy follows the owner when it moves. Any hostile creature entering the area of effect has to pass a Will Saving Throw against Fear or be Frightened for (owner levels / 8) rounds (maximum 5). The DC for the save, if the owner of the aura is a NPC is: 15 + (owner levels / 2) + (owner levels / 8) The DC for the save, if the owner of the aura is a Player Character is: 15 + (owner levels / 2) + (owner levels / 8) + (owner wisdom modifier / 2)

How it works
- It stays up until you turn it off, and using the ability again turns it off.
- It cannot be dispelled.
