Paralyzing Touch
This creature has the ability to paralyse it's victims with a single touch. After the successful touch attack, the target has to pass a fortitude saving throw or get paralysed for 1 round (paralyse immunity is bypassed, except on final and event bosses). Elves are immune. DC = 5 + caster level.

How it works
- You must land a melee touch attack. The Fortitude DC is 5 + your levels.
- Elves are immune.
- It goes through Paralysis Immunity, except on final and event bosses.

A class may choose it: Barbarian, Bard, Cleric, Druid, Elite Guard, Fighter, Monk, Paladin, Ranger, Rogue, Sorcerer, Warlock, Wizard.
Granted by a race: Lich (from level 1).
