Maximize Spell
Maximized spells apply all variable numeric effects - including damage, number of targets, and so on - at their maximum values.

How it works
- A fast cast slot can be set to maximise a spell before you cast it. The metamagic is chosen once in the slot instead of from the radial menu on every cast.

As an ordinary feat or as a class bonus feat: God's Eye Scout, Wizard.
