Biography

Backstory

You don't know me... You don't even know my world. I came from a continent named Ferelden. I was a famous dwarf paragon amongst my people. I received the title "paragon" because of my extraordinary and unique talent with the profession: smithing. I lived in Orzammar, which is one of the two big citys of the dwarf world in the deep roads. While the blight was about to come to plague our people and also the surface world, i went down to the deepest and most forgotten parts of the deep roads in the quest to find the long lost and legendary Anvil of the Void built by the paragon Caridin. The Anvil of the Void is a very powerful anvil, which is capable to capture the soul of a living being, and forge it into a terrific golem, giving the sacreficed creature a new form of existence. The Achdemon's wrath with it's darkspawn legions was about to reap the whole continent, and i had to find a way to stop them, even if it meant to sacrefice my people. I thought with an army of golems i will surely be capable to defeat this gehenna. I was so determined, i wasn't realized i sacreficed everything for this goal. I let the darkspawn eat my whole house that came down with me for the search of the Anvil. I even sacreficed my loved one Hespith, to save time until i succeed with the finding of this artifact. I was blinded by hatred towards the darkspawn, and also hungered for power. I wanted to become the most influential and famous smith of all time with the knowledge to build and command the army of golems. However i didn't expected to be outrunned by a grey warden who had the same goal as me. (find Caridin the smith who made the Anvil of the Void) He wanted to save Orzammar's political situation to make Caridin choose a new successor after the departed king of the dwarfs. While we fought over the anvil, and Caridin (who didn't wanted to share the secret art of making golems) eventually got defeated. The grey warden opened my eyes, and convinced me how wrong i was with my actions. My original goal was to save my people, and i didn't realized i ended up made them suffer even more. Not to mention the unlucky ones who was about to be sacreficed in the future to became walking fortresses. Striked down by shame and remorse i wasn't able to accept how fanatic and corrupt i became. A true monster who did horrible things to reach something that was completely evil. Uncapable to accept the real myself that i saw in the grey warden's words, i decided to commit suicide, and try to save the hero image in my peoples eyes before they found out the saddening truth about me. After i destroyed the Anvil of the Void with my own hands and freed the captured souls inside it's evil belly, i thrown myself from the chasm into the lava. (which surrounded the demonic anvil) I felt how my flesh and bones burnt down in mere seconds, and my whole body sunk into the liquid fiery stone. I expected to die fast, but instead of became nothing, something soaked me up somewhere, and when i became conscious again i realized my whole (so called) body became a walking fiery stone. I still don't understand how did this happen. And in top of that it turns out i became "alive" in a continent named Faerûn. A surely fascinating world with it's secrets and mysterys. Are the paragons playing they jokes on me? Is this they revenge on me because i dirt the name of the paragons with my actions? Or is this a way to atone for my sins? Or perhaps a possibility do redeem myself? So many question... so little answers... Guess the the only way to found out is to go forward, and slowly look for the end of this tunnel...
