Biography
Griselda the Peasant Onion Farmer grew up in the eastern march, east of Benzor, where the earth was thin, the winds unkind, and onions were the only thing stubborn enough to thrive. From childhood, she fended off gnolls, crag cats, drunken mercenaries, and the odd shambling corpse, her old sickle cutting through more than just weeds when needed.
Then came the Day of the Black Mold ? a creeping blight that swept across her fields like a curse, blackening every onion and poisoning the land itself. With nothing left to till and nowhere left to stay, Griselda shouldered her sickle and set out across Nordock: searching for her lost onions, for the source of the blight, and for others who, like her, had their roots ripped from the soil.
